This Quality System Essential course describes how your laboratory’s technical work processes need to be designed to function in such a way as to meet requirements and your customer’s expectations. Process Control is about identifying, documenting, managing, and controlling your laboratory’s pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic technical work operations. At the end of this course, you will be able to:
