These programs offer CME credit for physician laboratory directors. Lab directors that are not physicians may also use these program packages to meet the lab director’s continuing education recommendations for accreditation.

These 4 credit programs are for continuing education for physicians that are already qualified as lab director. These programs are not for lab director qualification, please see the Lab Director CME Program (20 CME credits) to qualify to direct a moderate complexity lab.

LabU recognizes the value of continuing education for all laboratory directors! This program was designed as a refresher in the ongoing CLIA-defined responsibilities of the Laboratory Director and duties of the position.

We encourage Laboratory Directors to participate in continuing education every two years.

Each of these program packages offers 4 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
